Chapter 301 The Radiant Glow
"She's still alive!" High in the sky, Voldemort stared in shock at the woman on the lake.
The strange ritual seemed to be completed. Some unknown filth was separated from the lake and from the bodies of the giant squid and mermaids. They floated on the water as if they were unconscious, ominous black smoke emanating from their mouths, noses, and eyes.
Lily focused intently on gathering the smoke, sealing it away in the box in her hand.
"How is that possible!" Voldemort frowned.
Everyone saw with their own eyes that she was struck squarely by Barty's Death Curse. No one can escape the Death Curse; that's common sense!
"A resurrection elixir!" Hermione exclaimed in a flash of inspiration.
"The professor must have extracted a portion of the elixir from the golden cup before setting off!"
As a potion master, being adept at using every potion is a fundamental skill, and she could not possibly forget the extraordinary treasure that saved Dobby.
During the battle with Barty and the others, Lily must have taken the Resurrection Elixir beforehand. They had previously demonstrated that although the elixir could not revive those struck by the Death Curse, taking it in advance could prevent them from being killed by the Death Curse!
As for the Fallen Fiendfire Repellent, it wasn't Snape's exclusive potion. Although the potion was very unstable, Lily was also a Potions Master. She used it to defend against the Fiendfire and then escape with the help of the Invisibility Cloak. That was exactly her plan!
The purification ritual involves more than just completing the preceding steps. It seems that something else needs to be done after the filth is purified. Therefore, Lily has not shown herself. She chose to wear an invisibility cloak and wait quietly on the lake, watching these foolish men fight to the death for her.
She was forced to speak up only when Harry was in danger.
"Lily! You're not dead!" James burst into tears of joy. Snape, who was next to him, was also stunned. The two of them stopped their attack and stared at the woman flying on the lake.
Little Barty was also shocked for a moment, but he was facing a life-or-death crisis. Seeing that the two wizards had no time to care about him, he instantly turned into a wisp of black smoke and escaped.
"Stop talking nonsense!" Lily shouted at him, focused on her work.
Harry is still being attacked by the Two-Faced Beasts; now is not the time for sentimentality.
"Oh~ Oh!" James quickly came to his senses. He was too lazy to care about the runaway Barty and the dazed Snape. He transformed back into a magnificent stag and charged towards his son.
Snape was left alone as he fell back to the ground.
He put away the Fiery Blaze, dispelled the curse, and the enemies and monsters all fled. No one attacked him. He stood quietly on the cracked boulder, the rain relentlessly pounding against him, but he remained unmoved, simply watching the woman focused on the ritual in the wind and rain.
"You really tricked us so badly." But without realizing it, a smile still crept onto his lips.
His emotions surged in an instant. Harry suddenly felt that the joy that had been drained by the Two-Faced Beasts was being returned to him many times over. A warm power suddenly welled up from the bottom of his heart. He had not lost his mother, and everything was safe and sound!
In an instant, he seemed to sense a strange rhythm. He saw his father, transformed into a stag, galloping towards him, and his mother, manipulating rituals on the lake. The pent-up energy of the past few days seemed to have reached its limit.
"Isn't this just a stormy day with lightning?" he suddenly realized.
Hermione didn't need to ignite the Thunderbird's tail feathers; a real Thunderbird brought an even bigger thunderstorm!
And this seems to be the best time for him to make a change!
"Hermione! My potion!" he shouted, turning towards the castle.
Hermione, overjoyed at Lily's resurrection, also realized what was happening in an instant.
Although she hesitated for a moment, as the dangers outside made it seem like now wasn't the best time, she decided to follow Harry's lead.
Dumbledore granted her access to the core of the Brilliant Stone, which was tantamount to opening up access to the entire castle to her.
The door to the Room of Requirement appeared instantly on the Astronomy Tower, and with a flick of her wrist, Harry's potion flew out from behind the door.
This potion couldn't be touched by anyone else, so she simply had the Ghost Thief use its sapphire magic to envelop the bottle and fly towards Harry's location.
"Broomstick, come here!" Harry reached out and used the Summoning Charm to grab the broom his father had just dropped. With a flip, he dashed off like lightning.
"Wait for me!" he said to his friends.
In the midst of the battlefield, only Yaxley noticed the blue beam of light Hermione shot at Harry; though he didn't know what it was,
But it was clear that it was best not to let the boy get it.
With a rapid whistle, the biphasics swarmed in, chasing Harry through the air.
And this Seeker from the Griffin Academy seems to have rediscovered the thrill and excitement of the game.
He yelled, used a beautiful maneuver to shake off the pursuing Twin Monster, and rushed towards the score, grabbing the crucial transformation potion.
He landed with a somersault to cushion the impact, and without the slightest hesitation, he opened the bottle and drank the potion that had been improved countless times.
You don't need too many ideas, just follow your heart!
With McGonagall and Hermione's teachings echoing in his ears, he began his first Animagus transformation amidst the biphasic monsters!
Lily, far away on the lake, frowned. Neither of her two men was easy to deal with!
Even Hermione was on tenterhooks. Animal transformation is accompanied by excruciating pain throughout the body, and one cannot be disturbed. In such an environment, it is very easy for something to go wrong.
But Harry seemed full of confidence; this boy, who seemed like the protagonist, always managed to pull off miracles in unexpected places!
The next moment, a dazzling silver light burst forth from the swarm of biphasic monsters.
These dark creatures seemed to have been splashed with sulfuric acid; the wolves and foxes fled, but many were still instantly vaporized.
Those watching this scene all turned their attention to the silver light. What kind of potion did this kid drink that allowed him to instantly master the Guardian Spell?
Immediately afterwards, a stag with tender antlers emerged from the silver light.
Similar to James's, but different, Harry's animal form still shows some immaturity. His horns are not as big as James's, but they are not normal keratin, but shiny steel!
At the end of each steel branch, a metal ball is suspended from his chain!
It was these spiked iron balls that emitted a strong silvery-white light as the antlers swayed—the light of the guardian deity, a light that the two-sided monsters could not resist!
Not only did he have two horns, but his body was also covered with thick steel thorns. From the gaps in the thorns and from beneath his four hooves, tiny, shimmering white flames burned, bringing a warm and powerful force.
"Ah~" came the cry of a deer.
He shook his head, as if examining his new form.
The next moment, he took off running and leaped into the air, running through the sky!
A dazzling and warm light shone out. Although it was not as huge as Dumbledore's Patronus, its silver light seemed to be more aggressive. The two-sided monsters in the sky that were hit by it would suffer severe damage and would have to search for places to hide from the light like headless flies.
